  • Products with missing original packaging, unless damaged in transit
  • Products purchased on discount or clearance sale
  • Custom-cut cables or wires

Send clear photos of the damaged or wrong product on WhatsApp for faster verification and processing.

If approved, we will guide you on pickup, replacement or next commercial action immediately.

Where applicable, refund or billing adjustment is processed after inspection and final confirmation.

Refund Information

Refund timing depends on the original transaction method and final return approval. Exact timelines are confirmed during the return handling process.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty Claims: For manufacturer defects discovered after the 7-day return window, please contact the brand's warranty service. Loyalty Distributor LLP can still help you coordinate the claim.
